The program consists of two apartment complexes; 5 units are located in Melbourne and 8 units are in Palm Bay. Twelve units have 2 bedrooms and 1 unit is an efficiency.
The program was designed to assist women and their families to achieve economic and emotional self-sufficiency to move into permanent housing.
