Planned Giving
Planned giving directly benefits the Women's Center by advancing and facilitating philanthropy as well as benefiting the donor's financial objectives.
The Women's Center has a wide variety of Planned Giving opportunities to help you meet your personal financial goals while making a significant contribution
to helping women and their families become self-sufficient and change their lives for the better, forever.
Planned giving options include bequests in a will or living trust, contributing to our endowment fund, life income gifts, charitable lead trusts,
retirement plans, life insurance, and gifts of real estate.

Food Pantry We are always in need of canned goods and non-perishable items
Car donation The Women's Center graciously accepts previously owned automobiles. In order to provide safe and dependable transportation for our clients we request that the automobile is less than 10 years old and in running condition.
Needed Volunteer Services
Presently we are in need of assistance with case management services, peer counseling, administrative duties,
volunteer victim advocates, assistance with marketing and website development. We commit to valuing our volunteers and aligning their

Capacity Building
Funds allocated to the agency's operating reserve. Assist in the Center's increasing our sustainability and
effectiveness by helping us enhance our ability to secure services
Transitional Housing Program Long-term, comprehensive program for homeless women and their children that includes: intensive case management; individual, group and family counseling; career guidance; job training; life skills and budgeting workshops; and reimbursement for transportation, medical expenses and childcare. 83% of clients successfully complete the program and transition to permanent housing
Client Services
Homeless prevention services for women and their families that are at risk of being homeless. We served 715 clients from July 2006 to June 2007 with financial
assistance for rent, security deposits and utilities; case management, and information and referrals to Brevard community resources.
Victims Services
The goal of the Victim's Services program is to prevent domestic and sexual violence through education and information, in addition to
assisting women and their children through the difficult process of leaving, surviving and recovering from violence. In the last year, the program
has assisted 1,099 clients with advocacy and provided violence prevention educational outreach to over 5,000 students in Brevard County schools.
Career Guidance Program
The Career Guidance program is a personalized program that explores career options and individual growth. Since the program's inception
in July 2006, we have assisted 61 clients with career counseling; 64% of those served have attended career development workshops and trainings and
41% of clients have been placed in jobs.
Counseling Services
The objective of the counseling program is to provide affordable and quality counseling services.
Over the last year, the Counseling Program has assisted over 1200 women, men, and children with individual counseling,
couples counseling, and support groups, doubling the number of clients served the previous year. Support groups cover various issues including depression, eating disorders, living with chronic pain and/or illness, and groups for women and children who are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, incest, and child abuse
